Fantastische speeches Pussy Riot
Moed.
De dames van Pussy Riot hadden gisteren, zoals gebruikelijk is in strafzaken, het laatste woord. Zij gebruikten dit moment om te vertellen waarom ze zich verzetten tegen Poetins regime, én om zich nogmaals hard te maken voor de vrijheid van meningsuiting.
Je kunt de verklaringen van de drie dames hier lezen. Neem er de tijd even voor: het is het echt meer dan waard.

Despite the fact that we are physically here, we are freer than everyone sitting across from us on the side of the prosecution. We can say anything we want and we say everything we want. The prosecution can only say what they are permitted to by political censorship. They cant say punk prayer, Our Lady, Chase Putin Out, they cant utter a single line of our punk prayer that deals with the political system.
